Every visit is a little different, but most follow the same simple path.

Talk it through

Dental visit prep guide
Get ready in seven small steps
Five promises we hold ourselves to
Dental care should never feel like a sales pitch. Here is what you can expect from us, every visit
1. Show, don't sell
We show you what we see, so you can decide with confidence.
-
See your own tooth. High-definition camera photos appear next to your digital X-ray on a monitor you can see.
-
Findings in plain buckets. Urgent (an active infection or deep fracture), Watch (early decay we monitor over 6 months), or Elective/Cosmetic.
-
No hard sell. You get a written copy of your findings, and a second opinion is always welcome, with no pushback.
2. Zero-surprise pricing
You know what treatment costs before we start.
-
Itemized before treatment. A printout with procedure codes, your insurer's contracted fees, estimated coverage and your out-of-pocket maximum, before we pick up a drill.
-
Materials explained up front. Standard versus upgraded, and whether your plan adds an out-of-pocket fee, such as tooth-colored fillings compared with amalgam.
-
Fast refunds. Overpayments and unused diagnostic deposits are refunded within 48 hours.
3.On time, or we tell you
Your time is as valuable as ours.
-
No double-booking. Schedules are built around realistic treatment times, not a high-volume assembly line.
-
Delay alerts. If an emergency puts us more than 15 minutes behind, we text or call before you leave home.
-
One seat, one visit. Once you are seated, you are not sent back to the waiting room between your doctor exam and your cleaning.
4. Comfort in your control
Raise your hand and everything stops.
-
The stop signal. At every visit: if you raise your hand, all instruments stop instantly, no questions asked.
-
Numbing done right. Topical gel gets full time to work before any injection, we confirm you are fully numb before we begin, and options like nitrous oxide or buffered anesthetic are available.
-
Gentle, paced handling. We protect neighboring teeth and soft tissue, and check in on your comfort every few minutes.
5. Your doctor, real answers
The same familiar face, and a real person when you need one.
-
Doctor continuity. You are booked with your requested dentist every time. If your provider is out or leaves, we tell you well before your appointment and you choose whether to reschedule.
-
Your records, right away. Digital X-rays and chart notes are released promptly when you ask, with no runaround.
-
A real human when something is off. If you have a high bite or lingering soreness, you get a direct line to our clinical director or lead doctor, not a template reply.
Will my visit hurt?
Most routine visits are comfortable. If anything feels uncomfortable, tell your dental team right away so they can pause or adjust.
Do I need a problem to book a visit?
No. Regular check-ups help catch small issues early, before they become bigger ones
What if it has been years since my last visit?
That is more common than you might think. Come as you are. The goal is a clear picture of your oral health and a plan that fits you.
Should I eat before my appointment?
Eat normally and brush and floss before you come, unless your office gives you specific instructions for your visit.
