Dr. Lezhansky splits his clinical time between Midtown and Sheepshead Bay, bringing the same case-review standard and the same Nobel Biocare implant system to both offices. For Manhattan patients balancing a workday around appointments, that consistency matters — you're not getting a different level of case planning because you're seeing him in a different borough.

The Types of Implant Cases We See

Manhattan patients bring us the same range of cases as our other offices — single tooth implants between healthy adjacent teeth, extraction with immediate or delayed placement depending on available bone, and full-arch All-on-4 cases. Every case gets a free consultation with a digital panorex before any treatment plan is proposed.

What the Process Looks Like Here

Treatment planning happens at the first visit, using digital panorex imaging to assess bone before recommending a path. If bone grafting is needed, the implant follows three to six months later; if there's enough bone already, same-day placement after extraction is often possible. Osseointegration — the healing period before the final crown goes on — generally runs three to six months regardless of which office you're treated at.

Because implant cases vary so much by complexity, we provide your full written cost breakdown only after the free consultation. Financing is available for the portion your insurance plan doesn't cover.

FAQ

Is it worth scheduling around a Midtown workday, or should I plan for a longer visit? The consultation itself is usually under an hour. Longer procedure visits (placement, grafting) are worth blocking real time for, but many Manhattan patients do schedule consultations around a lunch break.
